Smithers Annual Dreamwork Retreat
7th Annual Retreat April 2020: CANCELLED due to COVID
Location: Logpile Lodge, Smithers B.C. Canada
Three day intensive retreat with myself facilitating with help from experienced facilitators Bill St. Cyr and Susan Marie Scavo. We share dreams in such a way that we don’t interpret per se. We try to mirror back the dream to the dreamer and role play if desired. No pressure to do so for those who don’t want to. The type of dreamwork we practice we often focus on feelings and relationships, but we let the dream guide us.
The three days look like:
Friday 9am to 6pm with a 1.5 to 2 hour lunch depending on participant numbers. Saturday 9am to 6 pm with same type lunch break. Sunday 9am to between 1 and 3 pm with breaks we agree on and ending time depending on numbers. (Attending only a part of this retreat is discouraged, but has been done in specific circumstances.)
Price $450 early bird until March 1, then $500 after that. Retreat includes most meals provided by the Lodge chefs. That means lunches and Saturday night supper. We often make an alternative Friday supper plan to save costs. Saturday night at the Lodge you can bring guests if you wish with advance notice at a set cost. Those that stay at the Lodge have breakfast included with their stay.
Accommodation is extra but arranged through us, not the Logpile Lodge. We have reserved a bank of rooms there. Rates vary from about $110 to $140 per night (Canadian). Some may choose to share rooms if available to reduced costs. And we can help connect those that want to save costs by sharing. Bed and breakfast nearby is certainly an option. Or staying in the town of Smithers which is only 10 minutes away.
For those coming from out of town we can likely pick you up at the airport since it’s close and a small town. No need to rent a car.
Registration is limited to 14 at this point. Retreat Payment can be made on arrival or in advance.
Saturday night activity: We leave the options open for the individual, but a social event after supper is usually planned for those that wish to be social (some like dancing and singing, but appreciate that's not for everyone and quiet space is available.)
Thursday April 23 eve there will be an info night in Smithers starting at 7 pm. Location TBA in Smithers.
